I was offered a prompt appointment-same day, excellent reception service too. I saw a locum GP who was EXCELLENT, very good people skills. Dr MacKay took time to introduce herself and review my notes. She quickly understood my problem and offered a solution. We discussed a change of medication dose and short-term self-care advice. I was briefed about follow-up too. All round this was an excellent consultation/care from a GP who had not met me before. 10/10 thanks! Excellent mental health care.
